Purchasing will not improve your chances of winning. Entering the giveaway multiple times will not allow you to claim more than one prize nor will it improve your chances of winning. Limit one entry per person regardless of means of entry. Multiple entries will be invalid.
To qualify, entries submitted online must be received by midnight CST, January 1st, 2016, at which time users will be chosen at random and contacted.
Eligibility
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and able to receive shipments of the listed giveaway items. Entrants must also be a resident of and reside in the United States of America.
Employees of sportingdogadventures.com and respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
By entering, winners certify that they meet all eligibility requirements.
By entering, winners also agree to all Terms and Conditions.
The giveaway items are non-transferrable and non-resellable.
No prize substitution or cash equivalent is permitted.
All federal, state, local, and other taxes on items won are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.
General Conditions

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will be notified once all entries have been received and reviewed. The winner must respond to our written notification within 48 hours of contact, or he/she will forfeit the giveaway item(s). If a prize is not claimed within the time limit, an alternate prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries.
Entrants further grant to Soggy Acres Retrievers, Inc the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in conjunction with the giveaway. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Soggy Acres Retrievers, Inc and their advertising and promotional agencies to use winner’s name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Soggy Acres Retrievers, Inc, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or any prize won. The Sponsor for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or mutilated entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur assumes no responsibility. Sportingdogadventures.com is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by sportingdogadventures.com users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit a player’s ability to participate in the giveaway. The Sponsor reserve the right in their sole direction to cancel or suspend this giveaway should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the giveaway.

By entering this giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be: tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in violation of sportingdogadventures.com’s Terms of Service; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
