Delavan (August 5, 2014) – The SportingDog Crew takes a road trip to Montana on this week’s episode filled with action and excitement in the mountains, including shed and elk hunting and a Cabela’s store opening in Missoula!
“We had a great time shooting this episode and I think it shows,” says Jeff Fuller, Host and Executive Producer of SportingDog Adventures. “We try to convey the excitement of the events to our viewers, from the fun stops we made on our journey, to all of the special events that go on at a Cabela’s store opening. And that’s all before we even get to the hunt.”
Guided by John Way of Montana Way Outfitters, Fuller, his son Cole, and Rommel take in a huge share of antlers in the mountains, before we change scenes to the hunt. Tracking elk and deer through the mountains through tough weather conditions in a region earlier burned in a wildfire presented its challenges to Fuller and his guide, but do they come away empty-handed? Tune in to find out and enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery of southwest Montana!
